Draw Your Area is an alternative way to search for properties. Instead of being limited to a single predefined location, you can outline the exact boundaries you’re interested in. Simply open the “Draw Your Area” tool, move the map to your desired location, and trace the shape you want. Once drawn, you can either click directly on a property to view it or switch to “List View” to see all available properties within your selected area.

Through our "Post a Listing" section, you can showcase any property type—residential, commercial, land, or buildings. Our comprehensive listing platform allows you to input detailed property information, highlight distinctive features, and upload high-quality photos or videos to maximize your listing's appeal. Each listing remains active for 30 days from the publication date, with listing quotas automatically resetting upon expiration of the 30-day period.

You can top up your balance in two ways:

• Via Whish – Utilize the Whish payment platform to transfer funds to your DoorEast account. Simply locate DoorEast in the Bills section of your Whish application to complete your payment. Alternatively, you can visit any Whish office location and request to deposit cash into your DoorEast account
• Through the payment gateway – Use our secure online payment system to add credit directly to your account.

To apply for a Business Account, please register as an Agency and complete all required information fields. A Door East representative will contact you to finalize your account setup and verify your business credentials.

AI Description Generation automatically creates detailed, attractive, and accurate property descriptions based on the listing’s information. You just have to insert the property details, and the AI will write it for you. This saves you time, ensures consistent quality, and highlights the property’s key features in a way that appeals to potential buyers or renters. It also reduces errors and helps listings stand out in search results.

Simply open the AI Bot in the app and type your request, just like you would in a chat. You can ask it to show properties in a specific area, within a certain budget, or with particular features. The AI Bot will instantly search and provide matching listings, making your property search faster and easier.

Go to the “Find your agent” section in the app or website, where you can browse all registered real estate agencies. Use the search bar or filters to narrow down by location, property type, or name. You can view each agency’s profile, see their listed properties, and contact them directly through the portal.

We use secure encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Your data is never shared with third parties without your consent and is stored in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

Other users can only see your contact details if you choose to display them on your listing or agency profile. If you don’t include them, they will not be visible.

First, make sure you’re using the correct email and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” option to reset it. If the issue persists, contact our support team at +961 03 530 315 for help.

Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page, enter your registered email, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox to create a new password. You can also change your password directly from the My Profile section.
