- Listings must be accurate, lawful, and updated regularly.
- Fraudulent, misleading, duplicate, or illegal content is strictly prohibited.
- Deleted or expired listings are counted as used and do not restore balance.
- Users must not attempt to hack, extract, or misuse platform data.
- DoorEast acts as a digital platform and is not a broker, agent, or guarantor of property ownership.
- We do not verify property ownership or authenticity of listings.
- All transactions are conducted at your own risk.
- DoorEast is not liable for disputes, damages, losses, or fraud arising from use of the platform.
- Users and agencies indemnify DoorEast against claims, damages, or costs resulting from their actions or content.
- DoorEast reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- Termination may occur without notice in cases of fraud, abuse, or misuse.
- Upon termination, all active listings, balances, and quotas are forfeited.
- DoorEast may also terminate inactive accounts.
- DoorEast may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Updates will be posted, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
- Users are encouraged to review periodically.
